Anamorphs

The goal of this group of work was to show how a single form can change infinitely while creating new and interesting geometries and symmetries. This series uses organic shapes in an attempt to achieve the same spiritual focus and harmony found in traditional religious works while creating a modern context for new forms. Overall I feel the series was successful and refreshing pushing the use of repetitive forms to create interesting spatial tensions. Thank you for your interest and support I hope you enjoy this group of work.

Black Strokes

Black strokes uses classic expressionist movement to create surface tensions between lines and form. The use of color here also adds another layer of  complexity to the works overall compositions. I hope you enjoy this group of paintings.

Elementi

building blocks of life. These works explore the beauty, simplicities and complexities of these three elements. The circle stands for the macrocosmic, unknowable Spirit of God, the fullness (the Pleroma), from which all revelation evolves, and which embraces all creation. From the circle, the triangle evolves, meaning the divine spirit in its threefold revelation as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. From the Holy Spirit evolves the “square of the building”, the embodiment of the divine idea within the substance.
